Wake of Vultures is THE worst red Item in the Game period. It's so bad that i just don't pick it up if it drops, similar to Red Whip and to a lesser extent, Head Stompers. Sure, these items may have positive effects but they are either negligible or you simply don't notice them at all BUT at the same time they can easily screw you up.
